Everyone who auditions will be casted. Amount of stage time will differ based on skill level and roles available.
Audition fee ($20/$30) & non-refundable deposit ($50) is due at audition*

VOLUNTEER INVOLVEMENT: Each family must have (1) representative to volunteer in one of the following groups as well as a minimum of (2) performances. *

FUNDRAISING INVOLVEMENT: Performance Fees cover rehearsal time, some costume alterations and additions and the like. Dancers’ personal items (shoes, leotards, nude cover-ups, underwear, tights, etc.) are each dancer’s personal responsibility. Performance Fees DO NOT cover the greater portion of production costs (such as lighting, advertising, stage rentals, sound masters, travel and shipping costs, or props). FUNDRAISING PARTICIPATION IS REQUIRED FOR BOTH MEMBERSHIP PLANS AND PAY-PER-CLASS PLANS. *
*One-time payment of $85 for Levels II - VI & $60 for Levels Petite, Beginning, & I (our typical profit margin)

Performance Contract | I agree to the following (please check all boxes) *
All role assignments are at the sole discretion of the Artistic Director and cannot be negotiated.
All absences must be listed above and excused by the Artistic Director in advance before casting is posted.
Two or more unexcused absences may result in dismissal from the show.
The Artistic Director reserves the right to dismiss any participant, at any time, for any reason in order to protect the integrity of the production and Temecula Ballet. If dismissed, no refunds of any kind will be provided.
To preserve stylistic integrity, all non-professional participants are required to attend a minimum of one weekly dance class at Temecula Ballet. Upper level dancers may have a greater number of class requirements.
We make every effort to ensure that rehearsals begin and end on time, however, the nature of theatre is that rehearsals run late and may be rescheduled. This can happen if a dancer is missing, a choreography is challenging, or additional work is simply needed to ensure the artistic integrity of the show.
TICKETS: To ensure the success of our production, each represented family will be required to sell a minimum 15 tickets per Facility. Pre-sale tickets for Old Town Theater will be available at a discounted price for a limited time.
All money for pre-sold tickets is due by Saturday, July 27.
After pre-sale, tickets will be returned to the theatre and will be available through the theater only. Participant must then provide proof of purchase through theatre for credit towards ticket sales requisite.
All Performance Fees are non-refundable. Total Performance Fees Due by May 1st for Spring Festival and June 1st for Snow White. Payments will be done through Auto-Pay. Other forms of payment may be accepted before the due date.
Any changes to this contract must be indicated in writing and signed by the Artistic Director.
It is the responsibility of the performer and/or parent to stay informed by checking emails or by speaking directly with office staff administration. (Please note that teachers are NOT considered part of our office admin)
